Someone to ask
Most IT problems are not complicated. They’re just unfamiliar, and they always arrive at the worst moment — the morning of a deadline, the start of the season, the day the accountant needs the file.
What people really want isn’t IT services. It’s someone they can ask, who answers in a way that makes sense, and who doesn’t try to sell them something on the way past.
If it’s for your home
A laptop that’s become unbearably slow. A printer that worked last week. Photos on a phone you’re afraid to lose. A new computer that needs everything moved across from the old one. A relative’s machine covered in things they didn’t mean to install.
None of it is trivial when it’s your own. We’ll fix it, explain what went wrong, and tell you plainly whether the machine is worth keeping — including when the honest answer is no.
If it’s for your business
Here the cost of a problem is measured differently — in a closed till, an unsendable invoice, a booking system down in August. What matters is that things keep working, and that when they don’t, someone competent is already familiar with your setup.
We can work as your IT department if you don’t have one, or alongside whoever already looks after things. Typical work: new staff setups, mail and file access, licence management, supplier and hardware decisions, untangling something a previous provider left behind.

How it works
- Describe the problem. A call, a message, a photo of the error. You don’t need the right words for it.
- We try remotely first. Faster and cheaper for you.
- On-site if it needs it. Hardware, networks and installations usually do — across Corfu and around Piraeus.
- You’re told what happened. What was wrong, what was done, what to watch for.

Questions people ask
Do you charge for a visit even if you can’t fix it?
Yes — there’s a minimum charge of €30 for a visit, whether or not the fault turns out to be fixable. Diagnosis is work, and this machine isn’t worth repairing is a genuinely useful answer even when it isn’t the one you were hoping for. You’ll always hear what we found and what the options cost before anything more is spent.
What does remote support cost?
A remote session is €30 for up to 45 minutes, which covers most e-mail, printer, Wi-Fi and slow-computer problems. Longer work is €40 an hour, billed in half-hours after the first hour, and you always hear the estimate before we start. Prices exclude VAT.
Can you help someone who isn’t confident with computers?
Yes, and that’s a lot of what we do. Nobody is made to feel foolish for not knowing something.
Do you work with businesses that already have IT support?
Often. A second opinion, or covering a gap, is completely normal.
How quickly can you come?
Between an hour and a day for most of the year. An hour is the best case — a job nearby with a slot free; a day is the usual outside limit. July and August are the exception: the island is full, we’re busier, and a routine visit can take longer, so book ahead where you can. Genuine emergencies are prioritised whatever the season.
Get in touch
