Wi-Fi & Networks

Wi-Fi that reaches the whole building

Almost every Wi-Fi complaint has the same cause: one router, supplied by the provider, sitting wherever the phone line happened to enter the building, expected to cover thick stone walls it was never designed to penetrate.

More signal isn’t the answer. Better placement, the right equipment and sometimes a cable are.

If it’s your home

The bedroom with no signal. Video calls that freeze when someone streams. A router from your provider that needs restarting every few days. A house where the internet works beautifully downstairs and not at all upstairs.

We survey the building, find the dead spots, and fix them — usually with a mesh system placed properly, sometimes with a single well-run cable that solves what no amount of wireless equipment could.

If it’s a business or rental property

Guest Wi-Fi is no longer a nice extra. For a villa, an apartment or a hotel in Corfu it is a reviewed feature — and bad Wi-Fi shows up in reviews long after the guest has gone home.

There’s also a security dimension. Guests should never share a network with your booking computer, your till or your cameras. Separating them is straightforward and rarely done.

What’s included

  • On-site survey — where the signal actually fails, measured rather than guessed
  • Mesh and access point installation for full coverage
  • Network cabling where wireless genuinely can’t do the job
  • Guest networks, kept separate from your business systems
  • Router configuration and replacement of weak provider equipment
  • Coverage for outdoor areas — terraces, pools, gardens
  • Speed testing, and help challenging your provider when the line is the real fault
  • Printers, cameras, smart TVs and streaming devices connected properly
  • Starlink and fixed wireless installation, for properties where the fixed line is slow, unreliable or absent

Measured, not guessed

We test in the rooms that were failing, not next to the router. Stone walls change everything.

Guests kept separate

Your booking computer, till and cameras never share a network with holiday guests.

How it works

  1. We look at the building. Size, construction, where people actually need signal.
  2. A proposal. What equipment, where it goes, what it costs — many homes need far less than they’re sold.
  3. Installation and testing. Tested in the rooms that were failing.

Questions people ask

Why is my Wi-Fi so slow upstairs?
Almost always distance and walls, not your internet speed. Testing next to the router tells you nothing about the problem.

Is it the Wi-Fi or my internet connection?
Different faults with different fixes. We measure both, which also tells you whether it’s worth contacting your provider.

My provider says everything is fine.
Often the line genuinely is fine and the in-building coverage isn’t. We can show you which, with numbers.

Can you cover an outdoor area?
Yes — with weatherproof equipment made for it. Indoor units pointed at a garden don’t work well for long.
